AFarCloud – Aggregate Farming in the Cloud

The main goal of the AFarCloud project is to develop and demonstrate how new robotics technologies and mechatronic systems integrated in smart CPS are able to cooperate in real-world farm scenarios so as to provide a common framework for the development of related applications, which can lead to more resource-efficient and environment-friendly agricultural production.

Services and technologies developed within this project will lead to more efficient use of resources and environmental friendliness in agricultural production, for example to increase efficiency, productivity, animal health, food quality and lower agricultural labor costs.
